Where are you located? 

Mama Rosa is a licensed homebase bakery. I'm currently located in Daegu, South Korea (Camp Walker). I operate by preorders only and do not have a store front.​​

Do you accept walk-in orders?

No. All Orders must be placed in advance to ensure availability.

How far in advance should I order?

Custom cakes and celebration packages at least 3-4 months in advance. Wedding cakes and wedding cupcakes 6-8 months in advance. Cupcakes, cookies, cakesicles, and other treats 1-2 months in advance.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order date for large orders. For small orders payment is due at the time of ordering to secure your order. Orders are NOT confirmed until the deposit is received for large orders and payment is paid in full for small orders.

When is the remaining order balance due?

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before pickup.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available for large orders on Saturdays and Sundays for an additional fee. Pick-up is available for all other orders. 

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes. Pick-up is by appointment only, please arrive at your scheduled pick-up time. Customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be required to reschedule their pickup based on availability.  

Can I customize my cake?

Absolutely! Every custom cake is designed specifically for your celebration. Inspiration photos are welcomed, but each cake is uniquely created.

Do you make exact copies of another bakers work?

No. I use inspiration photos as a reference while creating a custom design that reflects your vision.

Do you offer 3D or sculpted cakes?

No. Mama Rosa Bakery does not offer 3D or sculpted cakes. I specialize in custom celebration and wedding cakes with beautiful buttercream and fondant details. 

What flavors do you offer?

I offer a variety of cake and cupcake flavors. Visit my menu page for current list.

Do you offer wedding desserts?

Yes! I offer 2 and 3 tier wedding cakes and wedding cupcakes.

Do you offer treat packages for events?

Yes! I offer treat packages that includes cakesicles, Oreos, Rice Krispy Treats, and mini pretzels. Or you can individually add which treats you would like to order. For more information go to my specialty treats page.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

No. I cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. All products are made in a home kitchen where common allergens such as eggs, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts may be present. 

How should I store my cake?

Keep your cake refrigerated until 1-2 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container or cover exposed cake with plastic wrap (making sure the plastic touches the inside of the exposed cake) in the refridgerator.

Do you ship your products?

No. At this time, I offer local pickup and limited delivery only. Shipping is not available.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Most electronic payment methods are accpeted.

What is your cancelling policy?

Retainers are non-refundable. Orders can be changed if date is available.

How do I place an order?
